Sales Representative

DentaFab is looking for a motivated, results-driven Dental Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, direct clinic and lab sales, and resin reorder business from our installed base. This role owns the full sales cycle, from first contact through close, for deals up to approximately $20,000. You will work closely with leadership, technical support, and authorized distributors to grow revenue, increase resin attach rates, and support the commercial launch of NanoCeram, our flagship ceramic restorative resin. All activity is managed in HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads from the website, Shopify, trade shows, and referrals
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to dental clinics, full-arch practices, oral surgery centers, and dental labs
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo coordination, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Re-engage installed-base customers and grow resin reorder business
  • Support NanoCeram adoption after FDA clearance
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot
  • Build weekly sales reports and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate with technical support on demos and onboarding
  • Assist with trade show follow-up as needed
  • Deliver a high level of service throughout the customer relationship

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; dental, medical device, or healthcare technology preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close business
  • Experience with dental 3D printing, dental resins, or capital equipment is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
  • Expense account, mileage reimbursement, and travel reimbursement
  • PTO

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends only as needed for trade shows
  • Miami, FL — in-office / hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
