🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Administrator with strong experience in Saudi Governmental Platforms . The ideal candidate will support daily departmental operations, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks within the department.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, documentation, and office coordination duties.
  • Prepare reports, track department activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational flow.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and government regulations.
  • Utilize and manage processes on all major Saudi Governmental Platforms , including:
  • Qiwa
  • GOSI
  • Mudad
  • Muqeem
  • Absher
  • Tawtheeq
  • HRSD platforms
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement transactions through government portals.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, contract management, and employee data updates.


🔹 Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles in KSA.
  • Proven experience with Saudi Governmental Platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
