Department Assistant

Job Summary:

Support the head of department in managing schedules, handling communications, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient operations


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with all teams and consolidate all pipeline reports and all the related follow ups for the monthly and weekly meetings.
  2. Do the presentations required for head of department.
  3. Manage all admin activities related to the department's staff.
  4. Ensure the confidentiality of tasks and all information within the department.
  5. Arranging for internal and external meetings and manage the calendar of the head
  6. Do the required analysis either by excel, power point or power BI.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Well organized, good communication skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Max 4-6 years of experience
