As Department Manager Airside Operations , you will manage and control resource planning and business continuity planning, on all operational areas, whilst meeting quality, safety and regulatory standards at all times; to measure delivery targets (KPIs) as mentioned in the service level agreements (SLAs).

You will ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date, and communicated in a clear, concise and timely manner alongside any regulatory, legal and operational and training guidelines enabling DWC operations to run in an optimum and efficient manner. This role is based full-time out of DWC airport, Dubai.
