Duty hrs:- 10 hrs/ 6 days

Location:- Doha

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent) is strongly preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Prior experience within a QCB-regulated exchange house, bank, or financial institution is mandatory
• Proven exposure to regulatory reporting, financial controls, and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with QCB regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flows, reconciliations, and treasury-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls and support risk management initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with banking/exchange house operations and controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
