Deputy HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection process
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulations
• Handle HR administration tasks such as payroll and benefits administration
