Deputy Manager - Civil Projects

Job Description:

The responsibilities of a Deputy Manager - Civil Projects includes following but not limited to these:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Preparation of scope of work/ RFQ for procurement procedures
• Review the projects schedule, deliverables and estimate/ forecasts costs
• Preparation & implementation of communication matrix among project stakeholders, includes design coordination with consultants
• Preparation of progress reports/ highlighting risk areas & additional costs
• Preparation of civil works quality control & safety plan & acceptance of civil works as per agreed specifications.
• Project commercial management (invoicing, valuation, cost analysis and tracking, resolution of claims (time & cost related)
• Construction planning/ contracts preparation/ BOQs, & Reports for civil works

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering - preferably manufacturing industry

Qualifications:

• B.E - Civil
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
