Job Requirements:-

  • Design and implement a performance management system for all employees of the company including JDs, KPIs, behaviors, performance monitoring tools and performance reporting mechanism
  • Train and provide support to managers and employees to develop SMART goals that are aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees
  • Overseeing the succession planning, employee development and career planning.
  • Develop departmental organizational charts and suggest structural changes.
  • Develop and execute learning calendar as per identified training needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for embedding Company’s Vision, Mission and values to all levels of employees.
  • Technology integration on various HR Dashboards and for management reporting
  • Drive and monitor Employee Engagement activities for all segment of the company
  • Suggest and implement competitive Rewards & Compensation plans for the entire Organization

Job Location: 15KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Qualification:- MBA HRM or equivalent (with proven experience in PMS , Learning & Engagement)
Experience:- 5-7 years (Preferably in Textile / Apparel Sector)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 per month
