Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end HR operations, strategic HR initiatives, talent management, employee relations, and policy implementation to support organizational objectives and ensure a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead succession planning and talent pipeline development across departments.
- Oversee performance management systems and leadership development initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, mid-level, and critical positions.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and budget control.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation confirmation processes.
- Drive employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
HR Operations & Policy Management
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Lead annual performance appraisal cycles and KPI-based evaluations.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor training effectiveness and career development plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage salary structures, grading systems, and pay scales.
- Review compensation, incentives, bonuses, and benefits programs.
- Support annual increments, promotions, and performance-linked rewards.
HR Reporting & Systems
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support audits and management reviews related to HR functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
