Job Title: Deputy Manager (HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations)

Reports to: General Manager/Director

Location: New Karachi Godhra Industrial Area

Job Summary:

The Deputy Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing and managing the HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations functions. This role will ensure seamless coordination between departments, drive process improvements, and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

HR:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive work environment.

Finance:

- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Manage financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize financial processes.

Supply Chain:

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient inventory management.

Operations:

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, with managerial experience.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in financial management, HR practices, and supply chain processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP), Finance (e.g., CFA, CPA), or Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a similar industry or with similar multifunctional responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
