Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager Lab for a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the laboratory, performing quality control and assurance tests for the production of Plastic Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Deputy Manager will manage a team of technicians, drive process improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain optimal product standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plastic masterbatch / polymer Industry R&D & QC
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering
• Previous experience in plastic manufacturing or similar industries is compulsory
• Strong knowledge of Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, and related fields
• Proficiency in Laboratory Operations, Quality Control, and Data Analysis
• Experience with Testing Equipment, Method Development, and Standardization
• Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Team Leadership skills
• Familiarity with process improvements and adherence to regulatory standards
