Deputy Manager-Maintenance & Utilities

We are hiring Deputy Manager-Maintenance & Utilities

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Education: Masters/Graduation (Mechanical) from any reputable HEC recognized University

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance for dyeing machines, RO systems, and boilers to ensure consistent operational efficiency.
• To minimize downtime by leading timely troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of critical equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive breakdown records, performed root cause analysis (RCA), and implemented corrective/preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• To enforce strict safety protocols, SOPs, and risk assessments in maintenance and utility zones, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise maintenance and utility teams; provided technical guidance and conducted skill development training for improved performance.

Skills and Traits:

• Strong understanding of mechanical system of textile dyeing machines, boilers, and utility equipment.
• Ability to identify and resolve faults quickly using structured diagnostic techniques.
