Deputy Manager OHS

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and management and conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, international standards, and customer codes of conduct
• Lead the implementation of effective safety programs and initiatives to improve workplace safety performance with development of Corporate HSE policies, procedures, manuals, and operational checklists.
• Monitor and track corrective action plans, incident reporting, and safety performance indicators across all units
• Support the integration of ESG and sustainability practices related to health, safety, and environmental management

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Professional certifications in EHS such as ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent will be preferred
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector
