Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and management and conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, international standards, and customer codes of conduct

Lead the implementation of effective safety programs and initiatives to improve workplace safety performance with development of Corporate HSE policies, procedures, manuals, and operational checklists.

Monitor and track corrective action plans, incident reporting, and safety performance indicators across all units

Support the integration of ESG and sustainability practices related to health, safety, and environmental management
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field

Professional certifications in EHS such as ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent will be preferred

Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector
