Deputy Manager PPC (Lahore)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Deputy Manager PPC to support our PPC Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling the entire production cycle. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of textile processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely production. The Deputy Manager PPC will assist in managing production schedules, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the PPC Manager in creating daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Monitor production progress and ensure that all orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing departments.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and take immediate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production timelines, capacities, and WIP (Work-in-Process).
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure timely availability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in PPC within a textile or garment manufacturing facility.

Strong understanding of textile processes, production flows, and factory operations.

Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning software (if applicable).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
