Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily food production process to ensure high-quality products and meet safety standards.
  • Lead a team of food technologists and production staff, encouraging a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Make sure our products meet all safety and quality standards.
  • Work with R&D on new product development and help bring ideas from the lab to production.
  • Keep production in line with all food safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Prepare reports on production results and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in food production or food technology management role in the Bakery sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs190,000.00 - Rs215,000.00 per month
