Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for a prestigious client in the Ceramics / Sanitary Ware / Tiles sector. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand dealer and distributor networks, and strengthen market presence.

About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop business through dealer and distribution channels, and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Explore new business opportunities with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and contractors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions
• Prepare sales reports for management

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the ceramics / sanitary ware / tiles industry
• Proven dealer and distribution network experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network in construction, interior, or retail sectors
• Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
