About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Production to lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our Cereals & Pasta Plant. This role ensures production targets are met in line with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize & oversee daily production schedules for efficiency and timely delivery

Monitor and control KPIs (yield, output, OEE, wastage, etc.)

Ensure compliance with food safety & quality standards (ISO, HACCP, FSSC)

Lead and coach production teams, shift in-charges & operators

Collaborate with QA/QC to improve quality consistency

Partner with Engineering/Maintenance for smooth plant operations

Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S & other productivity initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) & implement corrective actions

Qualifications & Skills

Education: BSc in Chemical Engineering / MSc in Food Nutrition

Experience: Minimum 8 years in production management

Skills & Competencies:

Leadership & team management

Lean manufacturing & process improvement

Food safety & regulatory knowledge

Analytical, decision-making & communication skills

UHT Plant Process, Powder Plant Operations, Cold Chain (Butter & Cheese)

salary & benefits

salary is around 400k if profile is good and experienced.

Which will make package of 600-650k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
