Deputy Manager Security (Office-Based Role)

The Lake City Lahore is hiring a Deputy Manager Security for an office-based role focused primarily on security documentation, reporting, coordination, and management support. The position assists the SGM Security in managing day-to-day security operations through strong administrative control, accurate reporting, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office, documentation, and maintaining security-related records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Documentation (Primary Role)
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters, attendance sheets, and daily incident reports.
- Compile daily updates, situation reports, and management summaries for GM Security.
- Maintain digital and physical security documentation, registers, and logs.
- Record incidents and support investigations with proper documentation trails.
2. Coordination & Compliance
- Assist GM Security in implementing security SOPs across all company sites.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding lighting, access points, and equipment issues.
- Support communication and coordination with external agencies (police, emergency services) when required.
3. Operational Monitoring
- Review daily deployment reports of guards and supervisors submitted to the office.
- Ensure compliance with discipline, uniform standards, and duty assignments through documented feedback.
- Conduct periodic office-based checks on gate entries, CCTV logs, and access records.
4. Access & Gate Management Oversight
- Monitor gate operations through reports, logs, and CCTV checks.
- Ensure visitor and contractor documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
- Verify that identity checks, visitor cards, and vehicle records follow SOPs.
5. CCTV & Incident Monitoring
- Monitor CCTV performance through the control room reports.
- Ensure faults, incidents, and malfunctions are properly documented and escalated.
- Support incident response through timely reporting and coordination.
6. Staff Training & Conduct Oversight
- Maintain records of staff briefings, duty handovers, and training sessions.
- Document and report indiscipline, absenteeism, and performance issues to GM Security.
Job Specification:
Education:
- Intermediate (FA/FSc) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Security or Safety Management certificates are an advantage.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in security operations within a housing society, mall, hospital, or industrial setup.
- Age: 28–40 years.
- Strong experience in documentation, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, Word, digital logs).
- Experience supervising security staff is essential.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong command of MS Office and digital security logs.
- Knowledge of CCTV, gate access, and visitor management systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Disciplined, responsible, physically fit, and vigilant.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with field checks as required.
- 12-hour rotational shift (day/night depending on operational need).
