Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of a reputable client in the Insurance Sector for the position of Deputy Manager – Shared Services.
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong analytical and operational expertise to manage persistency initiatives, post-issuance servicing, and channel engagement.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or above
Experience: 05–08 Years

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of the insurance sector, especially Bancassurance, Operations, and Post-Issuance processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Drive persistency initiatives and improve renewal performance
• Oversee post-issuance servicing and ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Strengthen coordination and engagement with channel partners and regional sales teams
• Manage reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements
• Support operational enhancements and process improvements across the channel
