Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and support daily operations across all branches.
  • Ensure consistency in customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and audits to identify gaps and implement improvements.
  • Support the rollout of new menus, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Staff Leadership & Training

  • Supervise and mentor branch managers, senior staff, and baristas.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.
  • Enforce company policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support staff development.

Financial & Process Management

  • Assist in monitoring sales, cost control, and branch performance metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve profitability and service speed.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the link between management and branch teams.
  • Coordinate with HR, procurement, finance, QA, and marketing departments.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operational strategies across all outlets.

Leadership & Decision-Making

  • Step in as Acting Operations Manager during their absence.
  • Assist in strategic planning, expansion, and branch openings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and local regulations.

Travel & Multi-Branch Support

  • Conduct frequent visits to all branches to ensure consistent standards.
  • Valid UAE Driving License required for mobility between outlets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail operations (multi-branch experience is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Food and Beverage: 4 years (Required)
