Deputy Project Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation)

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to support the execution and management of large-scale projects in Hydel Power Plants, Barrages, and Grid Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with project coordination and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering Electrical & Instrumentation projects in hydropower plants and grid systems.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems including control panels, PLC/SCADA systems, sensors, and field instrumentation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation including technical reports, progress updates, and commissioning reports.
• Participate in site inspections, FAT/SAT testing, and system integration activities.

Qualification Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation systems within Hydropower plants, power stations, or grid infrastructure projects

Preferred Technical Experience

• Electrical systems for hydropower plants or barrages
• SCADA, PLC systems, telemetry, and industrial automation
• Instrumentation such as level sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters, inclinometers, and monitoring systems
• Power distribution systems, control panels, protection systems, and switchgear
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of E&I systems

Skills Required

• Strong project coordination and team management skills
• Ability to work at remote project sites
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and government clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Housing Allowance: PKR 50,000
• Additional benefits as per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
