Project Manager (Civil)

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Project Manager (Civil) to join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.

Job description:

Required minimum 15-years' Experience in Civil High Rise Building Construction & Commercial sector.

Minimum 5 Years experience as Project Manager

Qualification:

BSc Civil Engineering

Excellent verbal and written communication skills & High leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Review and implement the Project Baseline Schedule & Budget.
• Excellent knowledge of financial input output.
• Must have computer knowledge, AutoCAD and official communication skills with client & consultant.
• Planning and monitoring skills.
• Assess project risks, share risk register and Mitigation Plans accordingly.
• Manage Project Scope and Keep real time updated record of BOQ re-conciliations. Revise project budgets and schedules accordingly.
• Complete Understanding of all Tender documents including Drawings, BOQs, Technical Specifications and Conditions of Contract.
• Provide feedback to all stakeholders after financial review of contract.
• Take off Area Wise and Priority Wise Quantification of Project.
• Develop a project team collaborating with HR with respect to approved Plan.
• Awareness of all Weekly/ Monthly expenses including Salaries, Overtime Payable, Petty Cash Used, Utility Bills, Subcontractor Payments and Miscellaneous Expenses.
• Ensure Logistics and Equipment mobilization within specified time.
• Cash flow maintaining.
• Submit a separate BOQ for work awarded to subcontractor and follow up their progress regularly.
• Evaluate KPIs of project (CPI, SPI, Earned Value, EAC and ETC) and implement suitable measures.
• Develop Quality Management Plan. Ensure Quality Implementation and Documentation at site. Also ensure Safety Implementation.
• Regular Bill Submission to client and consultant (as per SOP) & complete all required documentation/ follow up with client verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs240,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
