Design Architect

Must-have Skills :

* 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture

* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)

* Proficiency in 3D software such as: * SketchUp / 3ds Max * Enscape/Lumion / V-Ray

* Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution

* Strong communication and client management skills

* Ability to independently handle a project from start to finish

Roles and Responsibilities :

* Handle interior projects end-to-end (design to execution)

* Client handling: requirement gathering, design presentations, and approvals

* Prepare detailed 2D drawings (layouts, working drawings, execution drawings)

* Create 3D designs and walkthroughs

* Use Enscape for realistic 3D visualization and client presentations

* Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams

* Ensure quality, timelines, and design accuracy at site.
