As a Design Consultant at Accenture Song, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, human-centered solutions that drive business impact for our clients. You will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design experiences across digital, physical, and service platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a passionate advocate for design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Define and drive the design strategy aligned with client goals and Accenture Song’s vision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting design concepts and strategies that address their business challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Design Excellence:

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies, ensuring the creation of meaningful experiences.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design practices.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful design projects.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in design thinking, user experience (UX), visual design, and service design.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant platforms.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global clients across industries such as retail, healthcare, financial services, and technology.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and IoT.

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect design solutions to measurable business outcomes.
