Company Overview:
Danube Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Consultant – Building Materials to drive project sales and business development activities across contractors, consultants, developers, and key accounts within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge of building materials products, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to generate and manage project-based sales opportunities in the UAE/GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the building materials and construction sector.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, interior designers, and project management companies.
- Promote and sell building materials products including electricals, hardware, sanitaryware, or related materials etc.
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups to secure specifications and approvals.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, and construction activities in the market.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and commercial offers in coordination with internal departments.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for timely execution and delivery.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, collection targets, and profitability margins.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate project pipeline and CRM updates.
- Follow up on payments and support the credit control process.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and networking activities to generate business leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project sales within the building materials
- Experience in Sanitaryware, Electricals, and Hardware products is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE project sales market, including contractors, consultants, developers, and ongoing construction projects.
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and project specifications is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
