Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the design, fit-out, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review design drawings, including 2D drawings, material specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Support the design team in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding design intent and requirements.
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are met according to design deliverables.
• Assist in authority submission packages and approval follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design details are properly implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design coordination or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiarity with Revit and Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants and suppliers.
