Design Coordinator

Position Overview

The Design Coordinator is responsible for developing preliminary designs, selections, and visual proposals during the sales process. This role works closely with the Sales Team, clients, and engineering partners to turn concepts into feasible, buildable designs from initial proposal through contract execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Interior design background or equivalent design experience
• Software Proficiency: "Advanced proficiency in Revit preferred; SketchUp or similar experience acceptable if candidate demonstrates strong learning ability and commitment to mastering Revit"
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of how designs translate to construction; ability to work within technical constraints
• Willingness to Learn: Commitment to developing deeper mastery of Revit and company-specific workflows

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid/Remote Eligible: Monday mornings required for priority meetings and sales meetings; flexibility for remote work other days
• Client Meetings: In-person attendance for client meetings and design reviews as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
