Detail Engineering of Main Projects and CSS orders.
Continuous Design Optimization through Value Engineering.
3D modelling & drawing development.
FE Analysis through ANSYS.
Prepare Technical specifications inline to Manufacturing strategy.
Develop Drawings for Non-OEM enquiries with Reverse Engineering.
Interface Documents Finalization with LMB_Engg & co-ordination with MHI.
Customer Approval of Mill documents.
Review and Approve Vendor Document of various Bought-out items.
Review of Deviations reported during Inspection / manufacturing at Vendor / shop.
Support SCM for Vendor development, Technical offer evaluation & Order execution.
Co-ordination with Site Support Team for resolution of Site issues.
