Design Engineer - Process Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Design, perform structural and mechanical analyse pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks in compliance with ASME, API & TEMA standards
• Prepare accurate design calculations, drawings, datasheets, and BOMs
• Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Select suitable materials as per industry codes and client requirements
• Provide technical support during fabrication, inspection, and testing
• Optimize designs to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Experience:

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in process equipment design
• Strong knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, PV Elite
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
