Design & Estimation Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop precise quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fire safety/security systems.
• Collaborate with sales and design engineers to ensure estimates match technical scope, product standards, and compliance needs.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, detailed cost sheets, and supporting documentation within deadlines.
• Analyze vendor quotations, material costs, and labor rates. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising compliance or quality.
• Provide technical clarifications during bid evaluation and pre‑bid meetings.
• Maintain and update estimation data, historical costs, standard rates, and templates for faster, consistent estimating.
• Support document control: ensure all estimates, revisions, and assumptions are recorded and traceable.
• Assist in post‑bid activities, including value engineering, clarification responses, and alignment of final scope before project execution.
• Work with internal teams to refine processes, tools, and checklists to improve accuracy and turnaround times

For Estimation Engineer- Preparing the Proposal of Fire Fighting system ,Fire Alarm system, Technical Deviation of Tender etc.

Good knowledge of MS office, Knowledge of Fire Fighting and Fire Alrm system Product for costing

Qualification- Diploma/ B Tech , Good communication skill,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
