Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from initial concept through completion
• Develop design plans, layouts, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all projects align with brand standards and operational requirements
• Review and approve materials, finishes, furnishings, and design elements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct site inspections and oversee project execution
• Identify and resolve design and construction-related challenges
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, commercial, or restaurant design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience is preferred
