Design & Marketing Specialist

You have a designer's eye and a marketer's instincts. You understand that great creative doesn't just look good, it communicates something. You're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and you take ownership of your work from concept to final delivery without needing someone to manage every step.

You are skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and WordPress.

The Mullings Group Companies is a platform building companies and careers across medtech, healthtech, and life sciences. Our firm is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a Specialist focusing on Design and Marketing to join the full-service media, marketing, and production team within our organization.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage multiple marketing projects and deliverables, prioritizing timelines accordingly
• Ensure brand positioning, voice, and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing channels.
• Develop marketing materials from concept through quality control, including graphics (including occasional logo design), presentations, slide decks, email templates, and digital ads.
• Create and update landing pages to translate internal team documents into client-facing digital content in partnership with a web developer.
• Manage social media collateral and adjust creative assets as needed while maintaining brand integrity.
• Maintain and update company websites with consistent content, video, and image updates.
• Maintain and manage the Quarterly Newsletter.
• Oversee internal podcast publishing to platforms via Buzzsprout.
• Manage YouTube channel uploads, including thumbnail creation and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Proficient with WordPress
• Proficient with Canva
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and shared document platforms like SharePoint and Gdrive
• Experience with SmartSheet PM platform and Stripo, a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Extremely organized
• Creative mindset and approach
• Comfortable being both an individual contributor as well as working with a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated & self-sufficient with proven ability to take initiative and create solutions, and desire to make a tangible impact
