Design Sales Executive / Front Seller

Tesseract Digital is hiring a Design Sales Executive / Front Seller to sell our Social Media Management, Website Development, and Creative Design services to clients in the USA market. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who understands digital services and knows how to convert leads into long-term clients.

As a Front Seller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for pitching our services, understanding client needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Social Media Management, Website Development, and Digital Design services to international (USA-based) clients
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through website inquiries, email, chat, and calls
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients and build long-term relationships
• Coordinate with creative, development, and social media teams for smooth project handover
• Maintain follow-ups, sales pipelines, and client records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, front selling, or business development (digital agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media management and website development services
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience dealing with USA or international clients is a plus
• Confident in negotiations, proposals, and closing deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an advantage
