Design & Sourcing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage both the design and procurement aspects of our carpet business. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop for design tasks, along with proven experience in international procurement, supplier coordination, and product sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and finalize carpet design layouts using AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers internationally to source carpets, materials, and accessories.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality products, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
• Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, shipping, and customs requirements.
• Work closely with the project and sales teams to align design and procurement requirements with client expectations.
• Research global trends, materials, and designs to keep offerings competitive and innovative.
• Ensure product samples and design mock-ups are prepared and approved for projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and monitor vendor performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design and procurement, preferably in carpets, flooring, or interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of international procurement, shipping, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative design tasks with procurement deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
