Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to join our team on a part-time basis . The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in developing high-level visual reports, presentations, and designs that meet executive standards. The role requires working on materials that will be presented to Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and other senior officials , ensuring the highest level of professionalism, accuracy, and visual impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and visual materials for high-level meetings.
• Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding and communication standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative, effective solutions.
• Translate complex data and information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional design work, preferably within government or executive environments.
• Proven experience in preparing high-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished, high-quality designs under tight timelines.
