Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience in packaging design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, market-driven packaging solutions that align with brand guidelines, enhance customer experience, and meet production requirements. The candidate should possess strong design skills, a thorough understanding of printing processes, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing packaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, boxes, pouches, cartons, and other packaging materials.
• Develop creative packaging concepts that align with client and brand requirements.
• Create production-ready artwork and ensure files meet printing specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements.
• Prepare mockups, presentations, and prototypes for client approval.
• Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate with printers and manufacturers regarding technical specifications and production requirements.
• Review and proof packaging artwork before final production.
• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, sustainability practices, and printing technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, dielines, and production techniques.
• Knowledge of color management, typography, and branding principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with FMCG, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or retail packaging.
• Knowledge of 3D packaging visualization and mockup software.
• Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
