Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in accordance with IT policies.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.
- Support remote users via remote desktop tools or VPN.
- Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and data protection policies.
