Position – IT Executive
Location – Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities:

Responding to client support requests.
Contact clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management

Requirements:

Provide Desktop/Laptop support functions including visiting the end user area to research and resolve hardware/software/connectivity issues.
Background in IT.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask.
Keep calm under pressure.

Troubleshooting agent login issues, call drops, latency issues,
Troubleshooting headset and microphone issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,301.24 - ₹27,929.62 per month
