Development Associate (Saudi National)

Our client is seeking a Development Associate to contribute to the transformation of the real estate landscape in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

– Support the delivery of large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across planning, design, finance, and delivery.

– Assist in managing timelines, budgets, reporting, and consultant scopes.

– Participate in due diligence, feasibility analysis, and project strategy development.

– Track project progress, report risks, and identify opportunities for value engineering.

Qualifications:

– Saudi National with 3–5 years’ experience in real estate development or similar, that is willing to learn and grow.

– Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

– High level of initiative, reliability, and motivation.

– Hands-on attitude and willingness to work across all phases of development.

– Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-paced environment.

– Fluent in English and Arabic.

– Background in civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, real estate, finance, or similar.
