Development Manager JAVA

This is a full-time on-site role for an Software Development Manager JAVA / Assistant Vice President JAVA located in Karachi. The individual will oversee Java-based software development, manage enterprise-level IT strategies, and drive product management initiatives. Responsibilities will include leading teams, designing system architectures, managing end-to-end product life cycles, and ensuring the scalability and performance of software solutions. The candidate will also collaborate with various departments to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development with expertise in Java , spring boot, microservices architecture and programming and related technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT Strategy and its implementation to support business objectives
• Strong background in Product Management, including product life cycle management
• Extensive experience in system Architecture and Enterprise Software development
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bacherlor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
