Development Senior Manager

The Development Senior Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of property development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic leader with a robust understanding of the real estate market, development processes, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall planning and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support site acquisition and development decisions.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including concept development, design, approvals, financing, construction, and marketing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple development projects.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities across various departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify issues proactively, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and community partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a relevant field, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating successful project management and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of development processes, including zoning, entitlements, financing, and construction.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proven track record of fostering partnerships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
