DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Deployment Automation, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, and Dedicated Server Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining DevOps pipelines, managing deployments, optimizing Azure infrastructure, overseeing Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring smooth operation of our dedicated server environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Manage and optimize application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.) including user management, licensing, security policies, and compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dedicated servers (Windows/Linux) for applications, databases, and integrations.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and DevOps best practices.
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS).
• Establish and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Implement security hardening, compliance policies, and disaster recovery strategies for Azure, Microsoft 365, and dedicated servers.
• Automate administrative tasks for Azure, Microsoft 365, and servers using PowerShell scripting (and Bash/Python where needed).
• Stay updated on emerging DevOps, Azure, and Microsoft 365 technologies, continuously improving systems and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer with strong Azure skills.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure (Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, compliance & security policies).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with deployment automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
• Strong experience in maintaining dedicated servers (Windows and Linux environments).
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot both cloud and server-side issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience integrating Azure AD with Microsoft 365 for identity and access management.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD + Microsoft 365).
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for Azure, Microsoft 365, and dedicated servers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
