Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled
DevOps Engineer
with strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud-native deployments. The role requires proficiency in building secure, scalable infrastructure, driving automation, and embedding DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle.

DevOps Engineering & Platform Reliability

Architect and manage secure and compliant CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy.

Design and implement GitOps-based continuous deployment workflows leveraging ArgoCD.

Build and maintain scalable, high-availability infrastructure using Kubernetes in cloud-native environments (EKS).

Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring.

Ensure systems adhere to industry regulations (e.g., SOC2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and security best practices.

Oversee the implementation of secrets management and secure credential handling across pipelines.

Evaluate and implement service mesh strategies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) to manage traffic and observability.

Support disaster recovery planning, infrastructure scaling, and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to embed DevSecOps principles across the SDLC.

Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, championing a culture of operational excellence.

Continuously evaluate and improve tooling, observability, and deployment reliability.

Establish SLAs/SLOs and develop processes for reliability engineering and incident response.

Lead root cause analysis and postmortem practices to reduce MTTR and prevent recurrence.

Work with architects and engineering leadership to define platform and deployment standards.
What You Know

4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or infrastructure engineering roles.

Proven success building and managing DevOps workflows using Jenkins, CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, and ArgoCD.

Extensive experience with Kubernetes in production, including Helm, RBAC, and network policy.

Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm), and cloud platforms (AWS).

Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, Typescript, Node, C#).

Experience designing secure, scalable systems with strong operational controls.

Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace).

Experience managing multi-account/multi-region cloud environments using automation.

Strong grasp of IAM policies, role-based access controls, and least-privilege strategies in AWS and Kubernetes.

Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
