DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with around 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in DevOps tools, practices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). The individual must be capable of working independently and handling tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers and web servers (Nginx / Apache).
• Build and manage Docker images and containers.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Implement and enforce security best practices across systems and deployments.
• (Good to have) Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of systems.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline development and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Version Control: Git (branching, merging, workflows).
• Operating Systems: Linux administration.
• Web Servers: Nginx, Apache.
• CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines (or similar).
• Containerization: Docker.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred).
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Security: Knowledge of security practices and hardening servers.
• Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes.
