Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application uptime.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate code and automate workflows.
- Help implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices in system administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud platforms, and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Exposure to Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Understanding of networking basics and system security practices.
