DEVOPS DEVELOPMENT

Are you a skilled DevOps engineer with hands-on experience across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP? Can you architect secure CI/CD workflows, manage containerised services, and provision both Linux and Windows infrastructure? We're seeking a DevOps engineer to join our growing operations team — someone who thrives in automating systems, solving complex infrastructure problems, and enabling both development and security teams to operate at scale.

The role will involve working with both internal and client infrastructure, often requiring a strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance. You will help shape deployment pipelines, streamline infrastructure, and ensure systems are both resilient and secure.

BACKGROUND

At Allendevaux & Company, we are building a growing product development group focused on creating systems that bring streamlined, automated data protection and AI governance to our customers around the world. We are combining deep expertise in global regulations, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence with a forward‑thinking engineering culture to build tools that simplify and enhance how enterprises achieve compliance and operational excellence.

As part of this effort, we are assembling a team of creative, supportive, and highly skilled engineers who thrive on building secure, scalable systems. You will join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and craftsmanship, and you will have the opportunity to directly influence how our platform evolves—shaping what modern, AI‑enabled data protection and governance solutions look like.

Must have laptop that supports development and Microsoft Teams meetings. Company will provide the software.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in DevOps practices and infrastructure automation, with a strong grounding in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as well as on-prem virtualisation. You will have experience with Bash and Python scripting, container platforms like Docker, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git. You’ll be confident in configuring and managing both Linux and Windows systems and have familiarity with modern configuration management tools like SaltStack.

An understanding of cybersecurity best practices, secure infrastructure design, and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is strongly preferred. The ability to monitor and remediate security issues proactively is highly valued.

  • Detail-focused and process-driven with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.
  • Committed to security, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Shows initiative, accountability, and a passion for infrastructure as code.
