DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer (1–2 Years Experience)

Industry Preference: FinTech (Preferred but not mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to support our development and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment automation. Experience working in FinTech environments or handling secure financial deployments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure and deployments
• Support development teams in troubleshooting deployment issues
• Maintain version control and branching strategies (Git-based workflows)
• Manage containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Handle release management and production deployments
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure and DevOps processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation)
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Strong understanding of Linux systems
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Basic networking and security knowledge

Preferred (FinTech Experience – Plus)

• Experience deploying applications in FinTech or payment environments
• Understanding of compliance standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2)
• Experience with secure API deployments
• Knowledge of encryption, key management, and secrets management
• Experience handling high-availability production systems

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
