Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and application security integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, a strong understanding of software development workflows, and the ability to automate processes, improve deployment pipelines, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines.

Manage source code repositories using Bitbucket (Data Center and Cloud), GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions workflows for build, test, and deployment.

Configure and maintain artifact repositories (Sonatype Nexus Repository Manager, Elastic Container Registry, AWS CodeArtifact).

Integrate and automate security scans (Fortify on Demand, Amazon Inspector).

Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices and ensure smooth code integration and deployment.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot pipeline failures and performance issues, and optimize for reliability and scalability.

Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure cost optimization.

Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.

Maintain documentation for CI/CD processes, DevOps best practices, configurations, and architecture.

Familiarity with release management and SaaS-based infrastructure and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Cloud Premium).

Proficiency in source code management (Bitbucket, Git, GitHub Enterprise).

Familiarity with artifact repository management (Sonatype Nexus Repository Manager).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Optional/Preferred Skills

Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell).

Experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis.

Hands-on experience with Fortify on Demand for security scanning.

Experience with release management.

Prior experience with SaaS-based infrastructure and deployment.

Experience with AI/ML Azure Studio.

Certifications in cloud or DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert).

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Soft Skills
