We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
DevOps Engineer
to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, while ensuring the highest levels of
security, reliability, and compliance
with standards such as
HIPAA
and
SOC 2
.
This role requires a professional who can build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor infrastructure performance, and implement security best practices across our cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery across multiple environments.

Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Implement and monitor security controls in alignment with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other healthcare compliance frameworks.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, logging, and incident management.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes and enhance deployment speed.

Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage access controls, and ensure secure configuration of cloud resources.

Lead the implementation of security automation and DevSecOps practices across the environment.

Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compliance certifications.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role in a production environment.

Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).

Deep knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, and cloud security frameworks.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience.

Certification(s) in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Security preferred.

Demonstrated experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
