Role: DHA Trainer for Nursing

We are looking for a passionate and experienced DHA Trainer for Nursing who can effectively prepare students and professionals to successfully pass the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing exam. The tutor should be able to cover the required syllabus, provide intensive practice, and enhance the critical thinking skills necessary for professional nursing practice in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline classes for nursing professionals preparing for the DHA exam.
• Design engaging lesson plans and interactive learning materials based on the latest DHA syllabus and exam patterns.
• Develop and administer mock tests, quizzes, and practice sessions to simulate the actual exam environment.
• Track student progress, provide regular, constructive feedback, and address knowledge gaps.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs and diverse professional backgrounds.
• Collaborate with Elevate Academy to maintain high academic and professional standards.

Requirements

• A degree in Nursing (BScN or equivalent) and a strong, comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and clinical procedures.
• Preferably, have personal experience with the DHA licensing exam (passed or previously taken) or extensive experience in preparing candidates for it.
• Experience in teaching or training professionals (both online and offline).
• Familiarity with the DHA, HaAD (Abu Dhabi), or MoH (UAE Ministry of Health) exam patterns is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach students of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of clinical experience.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Working Hours: Flexible (part-time/full-time, negotiable).
• Compensation: Hourly/session based; negotiable based on experience and expertise.
